How do I change my password?

Once you have successfully logged in you will be able to change your password within the "Your Account" page. Please ensure you save changes when finished.

My Password is incorrect?

If you have forgotten or lost your password, please click on the forgotten password button on the login page. From here please enter your username, clicking continue when finished. A reset password code will be sent to the email address registered for this username.

Enter the code and answer a security question before continuing. 

Once your identity has been confirmed you will be able to set a new password.

What should I do if my account is disabled?
